Customer Complaint Board is an effort to help people in getting justice from companies that did not fulfill their promises or did not provide the customer service that is expected of them. Most of the times, representatives of image cautious companies will leave a reply on this forum in reply to your complaints. They may even call you and get the issue resolved.
If you still don’t hear from those companies, then you can move to consumer court in your city and get compensation from the company.

i m using airtel prepaid> my no is 9426732131> airtel is charging me more than my call pla> my plan is 1.2 pasie per second and airtel is charging me more> when i call to customer care and tell my problems they tell me to hold the phone and than disconnect it.
I had ordered a dell laptop 6 cell battery on 26 December 2011 and the payment was also made. They have not yet delivered the product but the website claims delivery in 8-10 working days. It says “awaiting shipment” till now.

I am using Airtel prepaid sim service. Today while browsing internet i received a sms stating my account got debited by Rs 60 for downloading a game which one i never did.

I have purchased Pulsar 135 LS 1.5 months back. From the beginning of the day, my Pulsar 135 LS has been giving too much problems. I cant drive in 2nd/3rd gear due to the noise from the engine. I have done 1st servicing also from reputed Bajaj service center.

i brought air tell broad band usb modam from air tell office ,vellayambalam.for using skype to talk to my wife,the first 2days i got it well and after that it come on for 2minits and cut off ,my wife went somany times in air tell office and complaint ,they say its alright but again when we try to connect the problem remain same.
I would suggest to everyone there planning to go for this cruise. Please don’t opt as they really don’t serve you well. No good rooms, very poor crowd, very much for people into alcohol and casinos. Worst entertainment. Worst performances. No signages. No cleaning.
