Customer Complaint Board is an effort to help people in getting justice from companies that did not fulfill their promises or did not provide the customer service that is expected of them. Most of the times, representatives of image cautious companies will leave a reply on this forum in reply to your complaints. They may even call you and get the issue resolved.
But even if you are not contacted by the company representatives, you can still make other people aware of malpractices of fraud companies so that they don’t fall prey.
If you still don’t hear from those companies, then you can move to consumer court in your city and get compensation from the company.

Do Not Buy Airtel DTH
To Whomsoever it May Concern, I, Papiya Banerjee am the Human Resource Manager with Kempinski Hotel Delhi, a leading International 5-star deluxe hotel chain.
I write to you to appeal against STRICT action against one of Reliance Customer care FEMALE employees, whoes name i apparently dont know since she did not want to tell me.
My complaint is i have several FDR’s/CDR with your Bank UPRHB. Branch Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, i amContinuously requesting than to issue me the Income Tax deduction certificate of my FDR’s for the financial years 2010-2011 but with no results all the time they reply that the computer is not generating the above certificate resulting with no submission of my income tax returns in time.

AIRTEL DTH STB Problems
i had taken Two Reliance Netconnect+ Dongles 7428994841 n 8595048440 in Mid 2011 for my Two Kids so that they can Experience Learning from the Internet. Soon it was clear my kids were only interested in online Games and Music despite being only Aged 9yrs and 10 Years. I Disposed the Two Dongles as Kids Future was more important.
