Airtel Boardband Disconnection Due To Wrong Billing

I have been a airtel broadband customer for around 4 years now . And this kind of problem I have never faced during this period until now.

Problem: For the last 5 months Airtel has been charging me for the night usage , when in reality i have unlimited night usage according to my plan(9pm to 8am). Every month i had rasied a complinent and the billing department would respond after 15 days that your amount has been adjusted in text message and they just say the amount that needs to be paid and i dont get any official e bill or a hardcopy whatsoever and there is no way i can verify what kind of adjustment they have done and i some cases they have charged me for late fee also with no fault of mine.
Now when i ask for the new corrected bill i never get that . this shows lack of transperency in your system.

Now the issue has gone up that they have disconnected my internet connection saying that i have not paid the bill when inreality i have never got the correct bill.

When i say this to the customer care manager he tells me that my net would be dissconnected until the billing issue has been resolved from their side and now i have no internet for the past 3 weeks now and i am sure they are going to charge me for the rental which i again never used I am losing money for the a mistake that has been commited from airtel side.
