Airtel Braodband Not working

On the 28th of May I called the customer service and logged a request at 0952 hours about my internet giving me trouble. My service request no is 46713704.

By the end of the day nothing had been done and I realized that my landline had also gone dead. Using my handphone which incidentally also happens to be an Airtel number I called the team again on the 30th and in spite of being a Sunday the problem was rectified by the afternoon but my internet continued to be down.

On 31st morning a technician visited my place (Lokesh) and after his study reported that there was an issue with the modem and it would need to be replaced but he did not have stock and that he would come back the next day and replace the same.

After waiting for more than a day nothing was done.

By the 2nd of June there was no action from the service team and I had to make endless calls to the help line. I escalated the issue and spoke to a manager Raghavendra who assured me of some feedback in 4 hours time–nothing happened.

The next day again I called and this time spoke to a lady Pavitra who requested 24-48 hours time from me. Again nothing was done and all these days I was managing without an internet connection. I work from home and every hour of work pays me. I have lost revenue because of this issue and Airtel is NOT bothered.

On Saturday I again called the team and this time I was told that in an hours time “someone” from the concerned team would call me up and…AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED.

5th June again I called….NO avail!!!!!

6th June I spoke to yet another manager Divya who assured action by the end of the day….

I walked into a customer care center on Cambridge Road and used the “hotline” to speak to Prem and again I had NO results.

By 1830 this evening I called again and spoke to Madhu who had no answer to my problem.

I then lost patience and asked for my connection to be taken off and believe it or not I was directed to the concerned team within minutes and I was told that within the next 24 hours someone would come home and take the instrument away and there would be FULL AND FINAL settlement done. I am SURE that this will be taken care of immediately..someone will take away the connection but when it comes to handling my complaint it was not done in 10 full days.
