AIRTEL BROADBAND Complaint
I had shifed two months back and i had followed all the instructions given by the customer care officials at that time to get my connection disconnected and then i dont get a response from them for two months, suddenly out of the blues they contact me to take their modem and phone.
At the time of giving their modem back, they ask me about my outstanding bill which i had already cleared before placing a request for shifting.and when i asked the person about this he started blurting things out in tamil and told me sternly to understand him i have to learn tamil, which is quite funny and rreally in appropriate in his side to do.
This is complaint in regard to MR GANESH (MANAGER),MR KUMARAN and MR MADAN MOHAN Manager at Guindy Branch of Airtel.Mr Ganesh had called me up regarding settlement of Bill and when i asked him the details regarding the bill, he was unable to come up with a valid expalanation.Also he misbehaved on the phone, which I think was quite inappropriate in his side as he being at such an position was unable to answer simple queries from the customers.
So, appropriate steps should be taken by AIRTEL authorities to deal with the situation and such mannerless and incompetent people like Mr G anesh should be not be allowed to handle such problems.Adequate measures should be taken thart such things dont repeat.
