AirTel Broadband Connection Disconnects Frequently

I am using AirTel broadband from last 2 years . But . from last 3-4 months , internet connection is getting down in night time after 10 pm for some time and then will return again after around 12 am . This is the only pick hours for me . I am getting responce from AirTel CE , this is issue in Router , getit changed . But they are unable to answer the question as if this is router problem then why I am not facing disconnection problem in whole day ? I have a;ready registered complaint in customer care , 1st and 2nd esclation . But not getting any responce . However monthly bill is given on regular basis and monthly charges .

Can anyone from AirTel try to solve this problem or we can go ahead with another internet connection ?
