i brought air tell broad band usb modam from air tell office ,vellayambalam.for using skype to talk to my wife,the first 2days i got it well and after that it come on for 2minits and cut off ,my wife went somany times in air tell office and complaint ,they say its alright but again when we try to connect the problem remain same.what shoul i do now,as i am out of india i canot personaly go and complaint now.now they are telling its problem with my computer so i tried another computer and the problem remain same.
