Airtel Digital DTH Worst Support And Cheating
I am using AIR DIGITAL tv from past one year. The customer service is the worst service, and irritating like any thing. I am getting a voice message about their promotional schemes like TEN SPORTS top up by IVR after pressing for top op one representative has been called and requested to put tv on for 45 mins to activate the same on around 15 day back.
After that i called several times for the same activation different persons will come into online and telling different stories or else saying “Sorry” we hadn’t activiated. My amount also credited from my account. Kindly to do the needful
