Airtel Digital TV Complaint
I am one of the customer of your air tel dth connection for more than a year as our builder has added this as a package along with the flat & purchase. The service we are getting from you is far from satisfactory and getting your customer care is all the more difficult. We are not able to talk to the person even after spending one hour on the phone line. It is very irritating and I do not know what to say more. Also after talking to the customer care after spending three days on the phone for more than an hour every day he said he couln’t do the updating and wanted me to talk to him again which is impossible !!!!!!!.
After this I send a SMS and & promptly I got a response that this will be up dated in 2 to three hours. & I send one more mail on the next day the same response which means that & the system ( Machine) is doing the job of responding correctly and this do & not refer back to earlier request. Now it is three days and nothing & happened. Can you do some thing for this?
Our complex is a big complex with about 360 customers and I understand that people started to migrate to cable connection even though our builder didn’t allow to do the same earlier. All of us are seriously thinking to do the same even though we paid the amount for the connection which will & be a waste.
Pl note that I do not want a response from machine and woulk like to have a humane response. What ever may be the answer pl do the same immediately. Almost one week has gone with the problem and no proper response from any body as ever body I talked to wanted us to contact customer care which happened to be a machine.
Since I have recently paid the rental charges which is available till June 17 or so I am also planning to switch over to the cable TV the good old system after this!
