Airtel Digital TV Customer Care Complaint

Since Saturday 21st August, 2010, i am calling to Airtel Digital TV Customer Care to tell them that my cable got cut from the dish and asked the customer care to send the engineer to fix it. And every time every executive told me that your problem will be resolved within the same day, but the irony is that it is not done till date.

I am fed up with the services and don’t know what to do. They have harassed me. I have better things to do than calling your customer care on daily basis. I am not getting any picture on my TV set since Saturday and on top of that their team are continuously deducting my account.
