Airtel Digital TV Customer Care Complaint

Since Saturday 21st August, 2010, i am calling to Airtel Digital TV Customer Care to tell them that my cable got cut from the dish and asked the customer care to send the engineer to fix it. And every time every executive told me that your problem will be resolved within the same day, but the irony is that it is not done till date.

I am fed up with the services and don’t know what to do. They have harassed me. I have better things to do than calling your customer care on daily basis. I am not getting any picture on my TV set since Saturday and on top of that their team are continuously deducting my account.

    Hi,

    Thsis is karthik kale from chennai my id no : 3000046441 as iam using this digital tv for the past two years.i am in south value pack it costs about 110+30 Rs. for adding telugu channels total it costs abt 150 rs.per month .In the month of july-2010 i have recharged 250/- and my balance is Rs.544/- that expires on Nov-2010 and i received a message from coustomer dated on 11 th september 2010 saying that its going to expire on 13th september 2010 then i called up to coustomer care they said for adding tthe extra telugu channels they chargeed 5 rs.per day without any intemation how soo it will happen i want the money refunded back if ur not going to take action i will go to consumer court plz take the necessary steps immmediately awiting for ur reply

    It is inform to that i purchase airtel Digital tv from texila TV dmkt Id No 3001262642 plz DBO 25-02-1974 correct instead of already submitted so plz earliest change the DOB so may be recharge on internet by mastercard,

    agartala airtel digital tv is full of thiefs like partha mobile no.9862210971…he is a digital tv installer..at hapania..purely a thief..i dont know why airtel tv of agartala is having thieves like him…

    The most and the worst service I never ever expected and experienced with AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. Its easy to get an appointment with the most busiest person in this world, but you cannot get an appointment with an AIRTEL customer support engineers. Sucks…….
