I had registered a complaint regarding my remote(STB’S REMOTE) malfunctions on 4-June-2011 . Reference No of that complaint was 8692825. Customer care executive informed me that issue will be resolved by next day i.e. Sunday.

But nobody arrived and after again calling they gave me new reference no(8785088) assuring me that they will resolved it.

Till now nobody has arrived to resolve the issue. Now I have received a message from Airtel side informing me that above issue nos(8692825, 8785088) are solved and hence issue is closed. How can they can close this without resolving it. First of all nobody comes to resolve the issue. Issue is still there in my remote and on top of that they are closing these issues without resolving it.
