I had requested on Customer care through phone and also thru email for disconnection of the services from my address as I was supposed to move ot of this address . For over a month now I have been following up on email sent reminders but of no use .I have not received even a single call from Airtel to action my request instead I only keep receiving collection calls since connection is still active at this address.
