Airtel Dth Connection Deactivated and Also Cheating The Customers
I have taken Airtel DTH connection on 28th Aug 2011(151 channels+i interactive pakage as telugu,paid 2190/- through credit card. after activation i havn’t recieve all the channel and i gave complaint through customer care after that i am recieving all the channels.Today(2nd sept 2011) they deactivated my services and they are telling your a/c is having -1000/- and validity is over,i called to customercare and i told my problem after trying so many times,they told to me like your package is upgraded and you need to pay the money for that.for knowing this information i called 10-15 times and wasted lot of money for holding the call but still they didnt solve the problem and they are telling it will take 48 hours to activate the service.
They are giving adds in their own website like they will provide 151 channels are free but after activation they are telling your package is low price package so we are not providing all the channels.
If they are not giving that many channel why they advertize in their website,Please help me in this and save customers from this type of cheatings…
