Airtel DTH Horrible Service

I have taken an Airtel DTH connection with south package for one year validity on 10/2/2011. After a couple of months usage i started getting a pop error message saying like “Your balance is low, please recharge” even when I paid for one year and my account is activated till 9/2/2012. This message really troubles my view and also it is an embarrassing situation especially some guests are at home. I called customer care and the response I received is pathetic and realized that I have done a mistake by choosing Airtel. I preferred Airtel though it is bit costlier because I though I will get value for money and I will be treated well as a customer. I really do not know where my money went and why are they not supporting and escaping by not attending and disconnecting the call. When ever I get connect to the customer care they just don’t care and tell me your account is partially suspended and we can not help you until unless you recharge. I feel ashamed on Airtel and I tell being such reputed company, this is not the way to make money. Please treat customers well and address their issues. Please don’t behave like a robber. This is my true feeling.
