My airtel setup box(Airtel digital tv HD ) which i bought in March 2011 is not working properly and can not able to catch signal since six days.

My CUSTOMER ID.is 3007518401 and I had already complained 10 times to custmer care,they had given Complaint No 10945706.but yet not resolved the problem.I had called our local dealer several times but he is not receiving phone.Problem is not solved yet by company.
