Airtel DTH Not Operational
Iam using your services from last 2-3 years and the ID is 3003168240.
Sir from last night (04.11.2011) our airtel dth is not working and showing error installation on TV. we are getting frequent calls from your side regarding to change the installation /direction of the dth and they promised to send an engineer to check out the problem but no one come and from last night we are suffering from the problem of “error installation” on our television.
please try to resolve the problem at the earliest.
