Airtel DTH poor Customer service and Tech Issues

I am an unfortunate customer of your Diital TV account Cus ID 3007118393.

Last month I recharged twice, and I got an unsuccessful message from your server, where as my money was deducted.

In two days I find that the account has been recharged twice, So i decided to call up your customer care. A lady picked up the call, She does not have the patience to listen to what happened, instead she blames me for my lack of know how to recharge, claiming “it is because you did it” I go on to say, “madam you need to listen to me, I did it because I got an unsuccessful message”, but she says “once done its done, you did it”, frustrated, I asked her to connect to the escalation department, a lady there with much better patience, assisted in getting the refund done, strangely your first level customer care lady informed me that no such refund is possible at all.. – A small suggestion here, your Customer care is the company speaking to its customers, please select good people who understand English and appreciates customers!!

Well I am writing this email again today, because 30 minutes back I recharged my account again, an unsuccessful message has popped up again (no surprises there) and my money has been deducted like last time. I just got off the call wit one of the customer care executives and he informed me that there are technical difficulties and IVR recharge on mobile would be instantly done. IVR is what I tried and it treads well until the portion it asks for the One time password and then it disconnects on its own.

I have only one question.. “What the hell is happening?”

I mean you collect so much of money, advertise widely, boast about unfailing networks and you cant fix such a major technical issue for 2 months. While I should say this is totally unacceptable and you do not have the ethics of customer service. I have subscribed to your service so that I can watch what I want when I have time and your time lag to fix glitches should burden customer so this extent. Please understand, it is a very big market and you are still competing to come on top of the table. Please fix basics. These glitches will scare the hell out of customers!
