Airtel DTH Signal Problem

I have been harassed to the extent possible regarding the non resolution of my customer complaint no.4446952. The complaint about no signal was lodged @ 9.30am on November 13, 2010. The customer representative assured a resolution within 24 hours.
Needless to say, I did not even receive a phone call from the engineer let alone the service being restored.
This is the quality of customer service provided by Airtel DTH.
