Auto activation of VAS by Reliance GSM
My reliance mobile number is 9681569084. I have not activate any vas from my number. When my balance more than 5 , 5 rupies is deducted every time and coustomer care told that nokia7210_20-20 cricket pack activate in my number and the pack deactivate is not possible by reliance. But i have not activate the service but how can the service is availed on my number and why deactivate is not possible? When my balance is more than 5, every time my balance is deducted. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
