Bad Customer Service by Fringes Koramangla, Bangalore
Stongly Not Recommended.
This place is a BIG NO NO.
One should never buy a deal for this salon.
You have a highly unprofessional receptionist on the other end who is highly rude and uncourteous with no listening skills and no phone ettiquette.
They diffrentiate between the regular customers and the snap deal customers.
Fringes management assumes that all people who buy the deals are jobless and they will give an appointment according to their whims and fancies.
Snapdeal mentions one needs to take appointments but it definitely does not say take whatever appointment given to you whether it suits your schedule or not.
The very first contact with this salon is so bad that i would not even redeem the voucher.
A complete waste of time and money and to top it a very bad customer experience.
