BAD RESPONSE By Airtel DTH

As i am a user of your Airtel DTH for the past 5 month. I have a complaint that for continous FIVE days I am calling Customer Care but there is no answering from any side . my complaint No. is 7055377 dated 17.04.2011 , next complaint 7094565 dated 18.04.2011.complaint No. is 7163825 dated 20.04.2011 They given me 24 Hrs. time but from sunday to wed . They have given me 24 Hrs. time now it is more than that. Such a great Co. like Airtel does like this then what about other Co. It’s customer care is become so much dull that they are not soting the problem instead of excuses if they had given the time we won’t disturb them until our time comes to ask . Selling the product to the customer is not the great job . Great job is to make the heart of customer & make them to deal with customer with time.

    The Airtel had done tie up with Sony Bravia ,and advertised HD performance while Airtel DTH does not have HD channels only 4-5 channels are in HD format ,that too are not popular ones.While dish TV is promising 35 HD channels including Star plus HD .When I called up airtel customer care that why Airtel such a big company is not able to broadcast these HD channels as Dish TV is already doing and when it is going to include all Real HD channels so that I can get the best output of my very costly bravia full HD set,with which I got this Airtel Connection free ( ?? nothing comes free ) no sincere response was given to me ,they just replied that they dont have any information as to when all HD channels will come thru airtel.My point is when you are selling DTH as free with such a brand name Sony and you are not having whole range of product you should not misguide the customer. Airtel such a big company unable to bag all HD channels shows incompetence of top management on whom company has placed the responsibilty of making it No 1 Navneet Kumar 9909016413

    3 Days back I purchased a recharge voucher of Rs 250 from a local retail shop,I tried 2-3 times to recharge my account through the 16 digit pin code available but every time the auto mesaage appeared saying invalid keyword,next day i called the customer care hoping they might help,a person from customer care asked for the pin number and I provided the same,he took some time for processing and post that he said sorry sir i am not able to check the status and advised to check with the retal shop.

    I went to retail shop also but he also have no answer to this and advised me to call customer care,I wonder why these people provide these recharge facilities if they can not track the status,the retailer even cannot cross check the voucher number he has provided.

    Today again I called the customer care and this time the person asked for the serial number of the recharge voucher and I provided the same, he took some time for processing and after some time he said sir the recharge voucher pin you have provided is already used.
    When i asked when this pin was used he had no answers and again as earlier he advised to get in touch with the vendor from whom the voucher is purchased.

    I am wondering if the retail shops and the customer cares have any relation among themselves or not or they are just meant to create confusions among the customers ,why can’t a customer care executive track the status of the recharge voucher.

    Its a shame for such a big and renowed company .Its not about 250 Rs its about the service you are providing to your customers.

    I think my money is gone and i am not going to get the recharge done,but one thing i can promise is, I am not going to let this go spare, i will be going to GRAHAK SURAKSHA KENDRA,CONSUMER COURT and to the higher authorities of the DTH service.

    PROBLEM NOT ATTAINED BY NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE SIDHARTH ELECTRONICS, BOISAR AS SUBCRIPTION NOT PAID THROUGH HIM. SUBCRIPTION PAID THROUGH INTERNET. PEASE SEE THE PROBLEM.
