Balance deducted without any reason
Airtel deducted my account balance of Rs 99 on saturday morning dt 22.10.11 without any reason from my mobile no 9771310214. Several times I complained about that but there is no answer. At evening on behalf of AIRTEL customer care Mr Jay Kumar Singh threatened me that he would deduct all of my balance. And after my conversation with him my balance was deducted by Rs 30 again without any reason. I really feared to use this service provider. Please help me so that my all deducted amount will be return at the earliest.
