They deduct the amount fom my balance.they have done it atleast 4 times.they auto renew the msg card without informing me n when i complaint against it they dont listen it.last time i talked to many customer care employee about the autorenewable service of msg card n they told me that ur balance will not be deducted if u deactivate the msg pack.then i applied for deactivation bt they have again deducted my balance without providing me any service.so i request to take a strict action against them.n if u can then plz refund my money of approx. 70 rupee.
