Sir, My self Manish Agarwal, I have an Airtel prepaid connection, using last 5 years. From last month i facing problem for balance deduction. Many times i call to customer care cell 198, and i get back deducted amount, and customer care excutive said that by mistake your balance has deduct. Next time will not be this type of mistake. But every next day my balance again deducted. I call to customer care again, then they said you have activate this this service. I get bothered from this daily problem. Please help me.
