Balance Deduction Without Any Activation From My Side
Sir, My self soumya subudhi, I have an tata docomo prepaid connection, using frm 2 years. From last 4 days i facing problem for balance deduction. Many times i call to customer care cell 9030012345. The balance was deducted on 19th october by rs. 58. Then again it was deducted on 20th october by rs. 89. The same thing happened again, balance deducted by rs. 99 on 21st october and finally rs. 84 on 22nd october. This money was deducted without me using any of the services. I had called the customer services several times. They had returned me a total amount of rs. 120 out of which rs. 84 was deducted on 22nd october as mentioned above. The complaint nos. Given to me are . Gbl0916221185 and cbl0916277279.TILL NOW tHEY DIdnt sort out the complaints properly.cuctomer care called me on 21 oct from no 4466682400 and told that all activations are deactivated.it will nt be activated.but again the next day my balance got cut.i called them several times but they are not clearing my complaint.they record each call so if you suspect foul play u can hear the recording.pls help me out.
