Bank of America Tellers not Serving Customers
Bank of America, please get more training for the individuals at the branches in east TN as it is desperately needed. When the house is packed to the point that folks are lined up out in the parking lot it is NOT appropriate for the “merchant tellers” to be sitting there at empty windows staring into space. They should be taking the next customer in line! I dont know why merchants are so important that someone needs to just sitting there waiting for them, while the rest of us are packed into that hot building like cattle. All our money spends the same!
Furthermore, I was unable to voice my complaints to a manager at that particular time. I became enraged by the situation and unfortunately had to excuse myself. You see, this was the second time in two weeks I have been packed in this place like sardines while the merchant tellers sat at their windows looking out at the crowd. I did not wish to escalate the situation to violence so I left.
