No Service, Non processing of Refunds.
Be aware dealing with this Company
I have booked Tata Venture as per their offer dt. 13/06/2011 for Finance of Rs.4,00,000/- with 60 EMI Rs.8620/- Interest Rate 11% with Advance Rs.25,585/- to Sai Wheels and Rs.15,000/- to Fortune Cars, with required documents.
There were not been able get loan as per their offer and tried to mislead by revising different offers like loan Rs.3,74,000/- with 50 EMI Rs.9690/- and many more stating all these offers are having same interest rate (11%).
I am waiting for approval letter for HDFC againt my loan application for varification.
When I checked revised offers none of them were as per their original offer of 11%. Hence I informed them that I am not interested in any of these offers and requested them for refund.
Since last three days their executives are not replying phone and they are not replying any of Emails.
If refund is not processed in next 2 days, I am left with no option then to go to leagal authorities.
