Beware of Indiabulls Home Loan
I have applied for a home loan in Indiabulls Home Loan through its staff Mr. Wasim (Mob: 9716868270 although he submitted my application form and left Indiabulls). Later on Mr. Manvir (Mob: 9958741334) has started taking care of my application. Indiabulls has approved my home loan and encashed my cheque worth Rs.5510.00 which was meant for processing fee. When I visited its Lajpat Nagar – II offifce, I came to know that the project for which I applied homeloan is not approved. This is utter nonsense. Indiabulls has not given me back the above amount of Rs. 5510/- and it has cleverly grabbed my hard-earned money.
Indiabulls is into such practice for a long time. One day Mr. Manoj Sharma of its Gurgaon office (Tel: 0124 3081452) has enquired about my case but no assurance has still been given. Once again to my utter surprise, Mr. Sharma has suggested me to go for other property without knowing that I have already booked a particular property and I have already given a 10% booking amount of about Rs. 1 lac 60 thousand in advance. Backing out of this property means forfeiture of booking
amount.
Please do not believe in such big corporate names. They are nothing but a traitor. Can anybody help me !.
