Bharati Airtel DTH Complaint Unattended

My airtel dth id no 3005150721 is not working from last 3 days. I have logde a complaint on 18/11/10 complaint no 4508547 the issue was not solve and the complaint was closed. Again I logded the new complaint on 19/11/10 complaint no 4518919 but issue is been pending till today. The person on the toll free number Mr Summet & Vinay gives telephone number of Engineer who are not lifting the mobile phone & some numbers are out of service.

I have paid for annual subscription but today I feel that I have done a mistake for purchasing annual subscription for airtel dth in PCMC area. I request the Empire Estate chinchwad Flat holder to confirm the service & then buy airtel dth because they doesnt fulfill their commitment. I I request the concern officer to take immediate action for the same.

    complaint registered by me repeatedly from part two moths has NOT been resolved. I get a message that my the issue is resolved. I don’t know on what base is this message sent. See below one of the message received from you -

    Dear Customer, your Service request reference no. is 8203548 for “STB issues” has been resolved. If the issue is unresolved please call 7709003430

    The number quoted above (7709003430 )doesn’t work and has been highlighted several times to your customer care guys but nothing is done on that.
    below are the IDs of all recent complaints that i have raised and NOT being solved

    i want a quick response from you and above complaint number should help you get in touch with me.

    also when there is an incoming call from your technical team, i cant here anything from your end and all drops from you without any discussion

    From last week my Airtel DTH remote is not working and on 7th July 2011 i had registered my complaint to customer care depatment from where they commited me that by nextday before 13:00 pm your problem will solve but till date my problem remain unsolved and request no.9796304. Shall i through that box or any one who is responsible for the service will take necessary step.
