BIG TV DTH Recharge Complaint

I had recharged Rs 2000 on my DTH user ID: 200515469503 through direct net banking facility on 20 Oct 09, so far my account is not updated & I am unable to view the channels.

I have contacted the customer care 10 times so far & there has been no solutions yet to my issue. Further to get in touch with a customer care personnel for logging a complain, it takes nearly half an hour.

Having contacted 10 times so far regarding the issue, only twice I was given with a complaint No. which are 111479174 & 111489040. The services provided by BIG TV are the worst.

I hope some seriously looks into the customer issues & provide a better service.
