Birla Sun Life Insurance Not Updating Nominee Details

After registering so many complaint and providing all required documents and details also, no one from sun birla is interested in taking responsibility and not even updating nominee details in my life insurance policy. My policy payment mode is quaterly and I have already paid rupees 5000 each for two Quarter. My anual payment for policy is rupees 20000. I have submitted all the required document for updation in nominee detail on 11th March 2011.
My Policy detail are as follows:
Policy no. : 004721667
Policy taken on date : 21st Feb . 2011
Payment done so faq: 10000.
Today, on 21st May 2011, I have again call sun birla customer care regarding same above problem, but instead of solving that problem after submitting required detail which is on 11th March 2011, one of the customer care executive told me that my request document yet not submitted in office, though I am paying 5000 for every quarter. After frustation, I have told to customer care executive that I want to cancel my policy and I want my money back but he replied me that “if you cancel your policy now than you will not get paid amount back.”
Please look into the matter and help me out this situation and please help me to get my money back.
