BlackBerry Mobile Set got Dead

My phone , Blackberry Storm becoame completely dead, It is under the Guarentee period. I have returned the instrument to the BlackBerry service center (Redington) at Hyderabad.
They took it on 21st of August 2010 and till date , i.e 17 September 2010, they have neither replaced the phone , according to their promise. the bill number is 949. Please help.
