BSNL Activating Addon Services Without Consent

Before 3 days companies marketting call to my number i recieve the call but when i recieve call then i found that is marketting call . i did not press any key and cut the call after few hours my balence goes zero. my 42 ruppe cuts due to charge. everyday 1rupee cut from my balence. plz help me

    De-activation of nexGTv Gold pack service on mu mobile no. 9410395701. NexGTv Gold pack service was activated on my mobile initially for 7 days with my consent in December 2011. Since then, it is being renewed every week charging Rs. 35/0 for a week without mu consent. Now I want to deactivate this service from NexGTv gold pack but no number to unsubscribe this service is available. Several SMS has been sent (on 57776) for unsubscribe but no result. Today again I received renewal message on my mobile. Kindly help to get this service unsubscribe from my mobile with immediate effect. Is there any option of refund since subscription is getting renewed without my consent. A lesson to learn for future – never ever subscribe such add on services where companies are only interested in minting profits and customers come secondary.

    Regards and looking forward for discontinuation of NexGTv service.
