BSNL Landline Fault Not Attended Since 2 Months

My landline phone was not working from Dec2010. They said it’s an instrument fault. Almost it’s more than 2 months now. Made several complaints and also spoken to the A.E number which they gave.
Submitted a complaint online in BSNL complaints portal.No action yet. Don’t know what to do next. As the phone instrument is not working, I cannot call the Call centre or Toll free.(1500)
