Burglar Alarm System by Fusion Technologies Complaint

We installed the aboveBurglar system frm the abv party on 25/11/2009 and the system was malfunctioning from day one and creating panic and unnecessarily disturbing neighbour hood and the company till date did not respond to any of our calls/sms .

Also they have not submmitted the invoice for the full payment done by us. The purpose of installing was defeated and also no catalogue/brochure and warranty card not given till now, hence we do not want to get ourselves panicky unnnecessarily as we are senior citizens, we seek yr help in closing this deal as they are totally unproffessional and need our hard earned money back without further delay.     Hi Mr. JAYARAM,

    First, get an invoice of the purchase you made. If they don’t provide invoice, complaint to Police.

    Once you have the invoice, send them a complaint via registerted mail that the security system is not working with a warning that you will approach Consumer Court if the issue is not resolved within 14 days. If they don’t reply by that time, register a complaint in consumer court.
