Cancel The Accrued Interest
My account was used fraudulent at Edgars in Cpae Town for amount about R7000.00. i was advised by edgars staff at Cape Town. I lodged a fraud case if which till today i did not received the feedback on their finsings for investigation. My main query is that proof of identification was asked by the cashiers who helped the fraudster, because if verifications was done this should not happened. i have paid all the money i owed them before fraud happened. now they are charging interests for the month i have been waiting for their findings till today.What i want they must cancelled the accrueing interests because the principle debt i know i have paid them.
