Carelessness of Tikona Person and Authorities
Issue: A disgusting behavior with customers, Irresponsibility of Tikna and its sales person.
Also sending letter by post and fax to Tikona Corporate Office (Today, it will be dispatched). If anybody in loop can tell escalation authority, It will great help.
My internet connection installation is pending since last 14 days, Sales person making my fool by saying “Today/ Tomorrow Sir” whom I paid. Customer Care redirecting me to Sales Person, Sales person is not attending calls” Disgusting, very much disgusting….. It was not expected from Tikona. And also not getting replies from Tikona Care mail ids.
Tikona Internet Connection Escalation Issues:
1. Stop making fun with Customer.
2. Remove your mail id nodal.delhi@tikona.in; customercare@tikona.in and customer care number also from your website, what’s the use of these if they don’t answer/ resolve/ consider any issue.
3. Train your Field Engineers/ Sales guy – not to give false commitment like “Sir Today it will be done sir”
“Sir Tomorrow – sir tomorrow final – I am coming on 2.0 O’clock, you just reach there I will definitely reach to you.”
[But finally these people don’t come and also don’t attend phone call. How disgusting this is – they are calling you from your some important work but they are not reaching you, making you keep waiting. How irritating activity is this!]
Why Tikona makes false commitment about installation within 3 days, I am still waiting and getting bluffed and fooled by liar field engineer and sales fellow regarding installation even after 14th day]
These people have eaten up my very important time – the problem is they don’t know how to work. [Problem is with their managers also] “There is a simple way if you can’t come today than simply say I can’t come today sir rather than given some time and keep us waiting and not attending calls.
4. Before applying for new connection, I went through some reviews – all were negative. It was my fault, I should have considered them and should not have applied for it, It was my wrong step and wrong call.
4. Can anybody tell me, is there anybody/ any responsible wise authority is there in Tikona who resolves such issues, tries to make process more qualitative process. I have tried to find but couldn’t get.
5. I will be not leave this issue, I will full all the internet forums with negative feedback of Tikona as much I can, I don’t have my personal issue with TIkona but very much irritating activities and time killing activities have done by Tikona Sales people and installation people.
6. Keeping somebody in false commitment, waiting with false statements, not replying issues, redirecting issues to person to person, not attending calls are not good concerns for Company to Customer relationship.
7. I mailed 8-9 times on tikona mail id’s, I called 20-30 times to my local sales person whom I paid amount for connection, I also called installation engineer 8-9 times (as redirected by sales person). Sales person says I have done my work sir, engineer will install. Engineer says some other person will come to you, I am not told. Really now disgusting all story is, a very much shamefull event for Tikona.

8. Losing my patient because these b**** have killed and eaten up my precious time in keep me waiting and giving me false assurances.
9. Why Tikona doesn’t take any step for such people even if escalation are getting made.
10. Nobody is listening and responding, all are in same line. Customer care redirecting to local sales person, local sales person redirecting to his manager, his manager redirecting to installation engineer and say Installation team will call you but don’t get any call. Again same circular process happens on next day.
11. They people (Sales People) ask very innocently that Oh! Sir, Installation person didn’t call you yesterday, Oh! I am just calling to my manager because he assigned to installation team for your work.
Then reply comes, sir I have told to my manager – he has again said to installation guy – today definitely he will call you. Sir, he will come to you at 4 0 clock. I said – okay I will reach home, will leave work early.
Again redirecting, keep waiting, false commitment, making fool.
12. Please if anybody could help me, it will great help for me. I don’t want internet connection now but make these guy who played with my time and killed it, I want to give them some lessen but who will give them lesson, because Tikona and all tikona peoples are careless about such activities. If some concern authority can make these people understand and give them lesson about activities done by them, it would great.

I believe that Tikona/ Tikona person doesn’t care about its customers otherwise I would have gotten any responses of my issues from mail or call responses.
