I recently bought a TATA PHOTON plus connection on 17th December 2011. The network claims a speed of upto 3.1 MBPS download speed, But I have been getting a speed of around 10 -15 KBPS.

I had an AIRTEL Landline and Broadband connection (Account # 11678796) which was surrendered / terminated on July 05th, 2011. I received an acknowledgement from the AIRTEL office on Bannerghatta Road confirming return of the Modem. I am using Tikona broadband since 3 months and now experiencing their pathetic customer service. I have opted for Rs. 449 plan, so my billing should be Rs. 449 + 10.3% service tax, which comes to Rs. 495.25 and I was getting Rs. 25 as E-bill discount, so the bill should be Rs. 470.25.
