I had an AIRTEL Landline and Broadband connection (Account # 11678796) which was surrendered / terminated on July 05th, 2011. I received an acknowledgement from the AIRTEL office on Bannerghatta Road confirming return of the Modem. Since July 2011, I have been unsuccessfully pursuing AIRTEL for refund of my Security Deposit.

Over the past 1 month I have raised more than 10 complaints on the broadband speed which I’m getting. I was initially with 2 MBPS plan and later shifted to 512 kbps.
