I have been a airtel broadband customer for around 4 years now . And this kind of problem I have never faced during this period until now.

I am using AirTel broadband from last 2 years . But . from last 3-4 months , internet connection is getting down in night time after 10 pm for some time and then will return again after around 12 am .

Over the past 1 month I have raised more than 10 complaints on the broadband speed which I’m getting. I was initially with 2 MBPS plan and later shifted to 512 kbps.

As per SMS received from MTS to get double data benifit with 10 days extra validity on data recharge on 1st Nov 2011. I recharge my MBlez with Rs248/- on 1st Nov 2011 but till now I couldnot get benifit of said offer.

Incorrect Information Provided by Airtel Executives

I have been using an Airtel braodband/land line executives from sep-oct 2010. During march April phase I was busy travelling and giving interviews. Because of which I was not able to pay the Bill. I finally shifted from Noida to Gurgaon in May. I gave a request for transfer of connection soon after.

I had bought a Aitel 3G USB Modem and taken a connection for Number 9901938585. But from the time of purchase i have been facing connection problem since there is no network in our area (Viveknagar, Neelasandra, Vannarpet Layout).
