I was using reliance broad band connection for last one year. exactly after one year warranty my device stopped working.

My number is 9883342305. this number not in used by net,because poor speed (800-900bytes),i problem created by 4days ago, other smart sim used to speed fast(50-60kbps),probelem this number.

On March 14th 2011 at 11 am,one your representative by name Govind raju (9738733513) approached me and offered to install telephone and broadband connection at my residence. He took papers and filled up necessary forms.

Reliance did not provide Broadband Connection After I made the Advance Deposit

For CAF no.:17800014845667, it has been about a month and half that I have paid deposit for Reliance for Landline and Broadband connection, but as on today despite repeared complaint and followup, there is no progress on installing it at my residence.
