I recently bought a TATA PHOTON plus connection on 17th December 2011. The network claims a speed of upto 3.1 MBPS download speed, But I have been getting a speed of around 10 -15 KBPS.
Myself suresh shukla. my data card no. is 09223565247 and account no. is 980147712I suffered a lot due to TATA photon billing.on 25 sep 2011 I purchased tata photon plus data card.
Letter was given at regent park hub on 4th april to close the connection. Officer gave tat of three days. Post tat call was made at call centre to check status, but was told that no such letter is recived.
I am one of those royally fooled customers of Tata Photon Plus. I have taken this connection yesterday near Tata Indicom Showroom, Akkayapalem. I bought photon plus last year with 2GB day and 10GB night free plan.I went through all the details regarding plan as thoroughly as one educated customer can go.
My name is Deepak Negi, I got my photon activated on 3rd of July 2010. I advice everyone not to buy a photon connection they have a very poor billing system in place.
