Tikona Broadband Installation Problem
I took a plan of 849 including 3 machine connection. I paid the charges on 12th jan 2011. the installation engineer had visit to my place on 16th jan.

Pathetic Customer Service by Tikona Digital Network
I am using Tikona broadband since 3 months and now experiencing their pathetic customer service. I have opted for Rs. 449 plan, so my billing should be Rs. 449 + 10.3% service tax, which comes to Rs. 495.25 and I was getting Rs. 25 as E-bill discount, so the bill should be Rs. 470.25.
