I have problem with Airtel Digital . I lodge complain with the Customer Service and they booked a complain vide no: 14978855.
Myself Surajit Das with Videon d2h customer id :-10365053 have been using services since last 2 years. On 11th Nov’2011, due to typing mistake I recharged my account with Rs3000/- instead of Rs.300/- using icici net banking. i called back customer care with in 5 minutes of recharge and admitted my mistake.
I purchased Videocon d2h on 15 Nov. 2011. I received one month free trial of Platinum package till 18th Dec 2011. On 16th Dec I went to Viedeocon Service centre located at Yadav Colony, Jabalpur and met Mr. Anil to change my package from Platinum to Gold and refill the same for one year package.
I have purchase a new Airtel Digital TV HD conenction for Rs 2199 on 24th Dec , 2011 from airtel customer support .
I am an unfortunate customer of your Diital TV account Cus ID 3007118393. Last month I recharged twice, and I got an unsuccessful message from your server, where as my money was deducted. In two days I find that the account has been recharged twice, So i decided to call up your customer care.
This complaint is against the airtel dth service…. the settop box has lot of issues every month I re-charge on or before due date…but for some strange reasons, airtel want to disrupt my viewing experience!!!
I am a subscriber of Sun TV since 19.10.2009. I had opted for one year subscription at the time of installation. The subscription was initially valid upto 19.10.2010.
We have shifted new office and want to reinstall our airtel dish tv and filled complaint reguarding this matter in airtel digital customer care center 3 times but still we didn’t got any response from airtel digital and no engineer has came to our place to reinstall the dish.
I had paid the subscription on 07/12/2011 and there is no telecast. Called customer care and a personnel came today [10/12] and after spending some time told us to call customer care to ask them to refresh. When called the entry is through the 12 digit number.
