I am the customer of Airtel DTH and my mobile number – 9870083273, I have relocated from Kurla (W) to Badlapur (E. My services request reference no. is 9687123. I have given this complaint from 01st July onwards, but till date non of your engineer visited or called to re-activate my connection.

I had registered a complaint regarding my remote(STB’S REMOTE) malfunctions on 4-June-2011 . Reference No of that complaint was 8692825. Customer care executive informed me that issue will be resolved by next day i.e. Sunday.

I am an AIRTEL DTH consumer – consumer no – 300111383. Since the past one month I have ben logging in at least 12 times to reuqest for re-installation of my dish antena after I have shifted house in Kharghar – Navi Mumbai.
My airtel dth id no 3005150721 is not working from last 3 days. I have logde a complaint on 18/11/10 complaint no 4508547 the issue was not solve and the complaint was closed.
I have been harassed to the extent possible regarding the non resolution of my customer complaint no.4446952. The complaint about no signal was lodged @ 9.30am on November 13, 2010. The customer representative assured a resolution within 24 hours.
I talked to Customer Care of Airtel Digital TV, but they are not giving good response to my problems, Kindly see the matter and let my Inconvienience regretted soon.
My customer ID IS 3005038804. I purchased dth connection from Airtel and the same was installed on 23.08.2010. The problem is that the person named Kuldeep Mobile No.9646860936 had installed the dth on 23.08.2010.
