I would like to bring to your kind notice that we are the customers of sundirect from past 3 years. Set top box problem arose some 1year back and it was replaced. again 6 months back it again surfaced and i was asked by the companies call center to contact a repair center at shivajinagar.
I have installed the Sun direct in my rented residence on September. 2011 (Smart card no. 422550370367)..
We are very sorry to say that the DTH service under the above customer id is not working since the date of incorporation i.e. 19-11-2010.
1. I had booked a connection under Diwali package of Rs 2190 on 29 Oct 11. The TX –ID is 17412103. 2. After innumerable complaints I get an installation on 18 Nov 11 i.e 20 days late. However there are two further complaints emerging from this activity.
I had originally taken 3 Dth connections for 3 TV’s in my house with the normal set top boxes .I subsequently switched 1 set-top box to a HD connection . So i now possess I HD connection set top box & 2 normal set top boxes.

I had purchased airtel dth online on 4th sep. 2011 with an order no. 3882417 through mr ashif, confirming installation with in 24 to 48 hours.
I shifted my house from Block-P to Block-R in sec-11, Noida. To shift the Airtel DTH connection, I called Airtel DTH customer care on 3rd Sep-2011 for de-install it from my old address and to install it at my new address.
I have taken Airtel DTH connection on 28th Aug 2011(151 channels+i interactive pakage as telugu,paid 2190/- through credit card. after activation i havn’t recieve all the channel and i gave complaint through customer care after that i am recieving all the channels
