Airtel DTH No Signal Problem

I Have rejested a complan of no signal on 26th Jun’11 one engineer come & did somthing so its work. He collected Rs.100.Again same problem arise with in a week time ,so I registed a complain on 13th July’11.

I am the customer of Airtel DTH and my mobile number – 9870083273, I have relocated from Kurla (W) to Badlapur (E. My services request reference no. is 9687123. I have given this complaint from 01st July onwards, but till date non of your engineer visited or called to re-activate my connection.

I had registered a complaint regarding my remote(STB’S REMOTE) malfunctions on 4-June-2011 . Reference No of that complaint was 8692825. Customer care executive informed me that issue will be resolved by next day i.e. Sunday.

I am a Tata Sky subscriber since 1 year and subscribed for annual mega pack worth Rs. 5500. Though, iam OK with service initially, i found they are also started CHEATING subscribers by introducing some fake interactive games, offers.
