I would like to bring to your kind notice that we are the customers of sundirect from past 3 years. Set top box problem arose some 1year back and it was replaced. again 6 months back it again surfaced and i was asked by the companies call center to contact a repair center at shivajinagar.
I have installed the Sun direct in my rented residence on September. 2011 (Smart card no. 422550370367)..
My self R. Narayanan unfortunately associated with Sun Direct for last 8 months and my User ID is 41414624506. I have been relocated my house on 30-08-11 and the same day have given request for installation vide complaint no.1-C6-49318845.
I bought sundirect DTH for Rs 2000 in Mumbai. Then I shifted from Mumbai to Delhi. My sundirect dish was re-installed on 5th Aug 2011. I paid Rs 450 for it.
My smart card No. is 41134483563 i have lodged a complaint No. 1-345941405 on dt.25.07.2011 regarding non availability of some channels like SONI, NDTV IMAGINE, all channels of DD and many other channels.But the same has not attended yet.

I took a SUN DIRECT connection on 1st April 2010 for a year validity. But you have disconnected my service on 9th February without any intimation.
SUN DIRECT shifted to new satellite..asking customers to cooperate with their technician who come & does antenna direction change free of cost…i called 39407575 on 23 Oct for the same…till now (1 month passed away) no response..i’ve been calling them every 4 days..
