I had raised a complaint and following it for the past one month, I would like to speak to Sun Direct Customer Care Manager but not able to contact. I have tried by sending a mail through Sundirect website as well.

Hi, I have taken a SUN direct connection on 11.06.2010 seeing your add in the Times of India that all new customers will have free ESPN for Two months but of no use.
