Problem in Viewing the Channels Since Last 1 Month

Iam a tata sky custemer since last 1year. Genrealy the services of tata sky are satisfactory. However, Iam facing proplem since last 1month in viewing the channles ,there is continous interption in viewing the picture and sound.

I am unable to view my Tata Sky since Saturday.I had complained on Saturday.They told they will come on Sunday after 12 to fix it.

I am a Tata Sky subscriber since 1 year and subscribed for annual mega pack worth Rs. 5500. Though, iam OK with service initially, i found they are also started CHEATING subscribers by introducing some fake interactive games, offers.

I purchased the Tata Sky HD Plus with video recording about 10 days back on 19th March 2011 & am still waiting for it to be installed after several enquiries & complaints to the customer service. I stay in Gurgaon so not some far off village where the service can be tough to provide.
