I booked a ticket with PNR number 8545189269 on 12619 – MATSYAGANDHA Express for 25.07.2011 from LTT (Mumbai) to UD (Udupi) in 3 AC. The ticket was booked on indianrailways.gov.in.

Due to delay in train, I did not board the train and applied for TDR refund long back but till now the agent from whom I got it booked is not returning the money stating that he himself has not received the money back from Indian Railways side.
